The Irish vaccine rollout is one of the slowest in Europe, with a government target for the end of February that is lower than Israel has vaccinated in a single day, and with the distribution of the vaccine to nursing homes already having to be delayed due to issues with paperwork. It is unclear who is even running the vaccination programme. Basically it's shaping up to be a good old fashioned Children's Hospital style debacle.
